Great tech team, with good co-working time. Stack and practices are really up-to-date, although also having to deal with legacy.

Current C-levels are outdated and change their mind and focus every month. The company still is using old fashion management behaviours (lack of flexibility, remote working reduced to certain people, micro-management). Although they consider Agile, it has not really engage.
