Toxic culture in some aspects (not all for sure, but several). Poor communication, no agile, several surprisingly corporation-like dynamics behind a startup appearance. Company values are just buzzwords. Hard to connect with a product with focus nor clear direction. Products' technical level is low, no clear intention on improve it.

Take decisions based on metrics. Analyze mistakes, do some self criticism and fix what is wrong.
