it has no carreer plan , no job valoration, a tech stack very old and all the feeling that you are a number. The normal labor rights are sometimes questioned and the hr department often tell you lies.

Change the company mentality , you cant exploit people like that , treat them bad and expect good results. Two company dinners a year doesn't solve that.
