The people working there is really awesome, and really good professionals
Cons
The management has no clue about how lead a tech company. Sometimes tons of 'extra-effort' not paid. Poor equipment and really bad furniture.
Advice
Stop and improve your tech stack. And buy better equipment, specially chairs.
