Good people, good ambient. No major problems in Production. No extra hours.

Cons

It is becoming a big company, so little innovation and last-technologies. No big changes. Some burocracy and micromanagement.

Advice

Let teams work more independently, trust them and provide budget/tools to improve and try to change things. You got some good tech-workers that can make a difference!
