Pros

Teams are given great autonomy and responsibility. Still a startup type culture. Small teams aligned with specific goals. Teams are responsible all the way from deployment to provisioning, testing and support.

Cons

Can be high pressure sometimes, can be a competitive environment but mostly everyone is there to help and support you.
