The environment in the office is super friendly and helpful, you are able to interact with other teams and learn from them their best practices. We have innovation week every 3 months so you have a whole week to explore new technologies. Communication and feedback is always encouraged. Once a year they do a Job fair so it is possible (according to current needs and your background) to switch to a different team if you want. Overall is a great company, and code quality is valued. There are conflicts sometimes but compared to other companies I've been in, I am very happy.

Because it is a big company with headquarters in different cities, the communication across business units is not always smooth. Also remote work is not discarded (we have a few people working remotely) but not preferred, at least not long term.
